If you haven’t yet purchased a Groupon, please call us first — we’ll gladly price-match the Groupon rate!

All Groupon clients must call us at (443) 906-1183 to schedule an appointment.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-call/ no-show.

Before You Purchase

Please read the “Fine Print” section on the Groupon website (found below the “Customer Reviews” area) before purchasing.
When you buy a Groupon for any service at Synergy Bodywork, Massage & Skin Care, you are agreeing to the following terms as outlined in that section:

• Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase.
• The amount paid never expires, but converts to a credit toward the full price once the promotional period ends.
• Example: If you paid $79 for a 60-minute massage (regular price $114), you would owe $35 at the time of service once the promotional value expires.
• Appointment required — same-day appointments are accepted if available.
• Credit card required at booking. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours and we cannot fill your spot.
• Email and phone number are required at booking.
• Limit 1 Groupon per person (may purchase 1 additional as a gift).
• Limit 1 Groupon per visit.
• Valid only for the purchased option.
• Not valid for clients active within the past 18 months.
• All services must be used by the same person.
• Standard cancellation policy applies (fees not to exceed the voucher price).
• Cannot be combined with other offers, memberships, or discounts including Birthday specials.
• Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Additional Terms by Service

Massage

• Completion of an online medical intake form (sent via email) is required before your session.
• Deep Tissue upgrade is available for $25 
• Not valid for prenatal massages.
• You may upgrade to a prenatal session for an additional $19 (60-min) or $45 (90-min), payable at the time of service.
• A waiver must be signed prior to your appointment.

Facials

• Clients must sign a waiver and complete a consultation form via email before arrival.
• The two-facial option is not valid for couples or multiple users; both facials must be used by the same individual.

Waxing (Women Only)

• Hair must be at least ¼ inch long — do not shave 10–14 days prior to your appointment.
• Maintenance discount applies only when sessions are booked every 4–6 weeks.
• After 6 weeks, an additional time fee may apply.
• Clients arriving unprepared who need to reschedule will be subject to the late-cancellation fee.
