Groupon Clients

All Groupon Clients must call us at 443-906-1183 to book an appointment. If you have not yet purchased a groupon please call we will usually price match the groupon. 

Please read the “Fine Print '' section on the Groupon website located below the “Customer Review” section before purchasing.  When you purchase a groupon for any service at Synergy Bodywork, Massage and Skin Care, you are agreeing to the following as stated in the “Fine Print” section of the Groupon website:

 

Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires, but turns into a credit towards the full price of the service once expired.

Appointment required, same day appointments accepted if available.

Credit card information required at booking. 

Email and contact phone number required at booking 

Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. 

Limit 1 per visit.

Valid only for option purchased.

Not valid for clients active within the past 18 months. 

All goods or services must be used by the same person.

Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). 

Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Cannot stack offers and discounts.

 

 

For Massage:  Must complete online medical intake form via email. Not valid for prenatal sessions, but can upgrade to a prenatal massage for an additional $16 for a 60 minute or $21 for a 90 minute to be paid at the time of service and must sign a waiver.  

 

For Facials:  Clients must sign a waiver and complete a consultation form upon arrival. Two-facial option is not valid for couples or two different people; both facials must be used by the same person.

 

For Waxing:  Offer only valid for women. Waxing sessions must be booked 4-6 weeks apart for maintenance discount. Beyond 6 weeks, the client is responsible for additional time fees.  Hair must be 1/4 inch long, do not shave 10-14 days prior to your appointment. Clients who arrive that need to be rescheduled will be responsible for the late cancellation fee.
